Worldbuilders Inc. ("we", "our", "us") operates the Lifa App X mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you sign in with Apple, we receive:

• Your Apple-provided user identifier
• Your name (if you choose to share it)
• Your email address (if you choose to share it, or an Apple relay address)

1.2 Age Verification

During account setup, we ask you to confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 17, we ask you to confirm that you have parental or guardian consent. We do not collect your date of birth.

1.3 User-Created Content

The App stores content you create, including:

• Realities (scripts, characters, settings, and configurations stored as XML)
• Images you upload (profile photos, wallpapers, reality covers, in-app photos)
• Community posts, comments, methods, and templates you publish to the Shifting Hub
• Profile information (username, avatar, bio, social links)

1.4 Usage Data

We may collect basic usage analytics such as app launches, feature usage, and crash reports to improve the App. We do not track your activity across other apps or websites.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the service: Syncing your realities across devices, displaying your profile, and enabling community features.
• To verify eligibility: Confirming that users meet our minimum age requirement via self-declaration.
• To improve the App: Understanding which features are used to prioritize development.
• To enforce our Terms: Moderating community content and handling reports.
• To promote the App: Using public Social Content to explain, market, advertise, and promote LifaPhone and related services as permitted by the Terms.
• To develop systems: Training, testing, evaluating, and improving safety, moderation, ranking, recommendation, generative, and other artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems using public Social Content as permitted by the Terms.
• For legal and business purposes: Complying with law, protecting rights and safety, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and completing an actual or proposed business transaction.

We do not use private realities, scripts, drafts, backups, or other private content to create advertising or train generative artificial-intelligence models.

3. Data Storage & Sync

Your realities are stored locally on your device and synced to our cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare R2) when a network connection is available. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. You can use the App fully offline — sync occurs automatically when connectivity is restored.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information as follows:

• Service providers: Providers may process data for sign-in, app distribution, payments, subscriptions, hosting, storage, network delivery, notifications, analytics, customer support, safety review, moderation, and requested artificial-intelligence features.
• Community content: Content you publish to the Shifting Hub (posts, templates, methods, comments) is visible to other users. You can set your profile to private to post anonymously.
• Marketing and authorized distribution: We may disclose public Social Content and related public profile information to affiliates, agencies, contractors, business partners, distribution services, and media platforms to create, deliver, measure, and maintain authorized promotional uses.
• Legal and safety: We may preserve, use, or disclose information to comply with law or legal process, enforce policies, investigate abuse or security incidents, protect rights or safety, or report apparent illegal conduct.
• Business transfers: Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with an actual or proposed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale, subject to applicable law.
• With permission: We may disclose information for another purpose with your consent or at your direction.

5. Your Rights

• Access & export: Your realities are stored as XML files on your device. You have direct access to your data at all times.
• Deletion: You can delete supported content and request account deletion through available App controls or by contacting support@worldbuilders.app. Limited records may remain where reasonably necessary or legally required.
• Privacy controls: You can set your profile to private, preventing others from viewing your profile or identifying your posts.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We require users to confirm they are at least 13 during account setup and do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Users between 13 and 17 may use the App with parental or guardian consent. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children's use of the App, particularly the community features (Shifting Hub) where users can post publicly.

7. Community Features & Personal Information

The Shifting Hub allows users to post discussions, methods, templates, and comments that are visible to all users. We do not offer private messaging. Users should be aware that any information shared in public posts — including usernames, profile details, and post content — is visible to other users. We encourage all users, especially minors, to avoid sharing personal information such as real names, addresses, phone numbers, or school names in public posts.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, fulfill the purposes described here, protect users and the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, safety, accounting, or regulatory obligations. Content deleted from active systems may remain temporarily in backups or in report evidence, moderation, security, transaction, support, legal-hold, and other records we may lawfully retain. Deletion does not require recall or destruction of authorized promotional uses already created, committed, distributed, or incorporated into other materials; derived materials that no longer identify you may remain.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including encrypted transport, access controls, restricted credentials, and token-based authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App or law changes. We will post the revised version and effective date and provide additional notice or request acknowledgement or consent when required.
