since AI is going to flood the market with intellectual power, the natural reaction will be for real estate to become monumentally expensive as it cannot be fabricated by even the most omnipotent AI You can see in Egypt where real estate is skyrocketing

Robinhood was a big hit in the beginning It appealed to young people with zero commissions, and a pure black interface with only lime green glowing text too bad the UI is uninformative (graphs with no scales), confusing, basically garbage they won early but fell apart

If California doesn't make some drastic changes, it is going to see half the restaurants go out of business They keep encouraging mobile trucks, but offer a terrible employee work situation with no bathrooms Their insatiable appetite for taxes and fees is destroying an industry
