@VerizonSupport Called Verizon Shine to get my free accessory straightened out which turned into a 2 hour call and 5 different people asking me to do the same exact thing and saying nothing is wrong on their end. I feel like it they are just trying to not have to send my earbuds
@VerizonSupport yesterday I got a pair of headphones with the Verizon shine free accessory. In the app it’s asking for payment and when I got to look into the details it says it doesn’t exist? I just want to make sure it’s going to go through. I could really use them
