People say that SaaS might go away in the future. What's going away is cookie-cutter SaaS. Soon, every SaaS product will adapt to their customer so it seems fully custom. The ones that can do that will survive.

The future of SaaS will have a huge split due to AI. If your SaaS is the "brain" for your customers, it'll hugely benefit over the next few years. If you're not the brain, you're going to get run over pretty quickly.
