@Orange_France , pire SAV au monde. 18 mois pour obtenir une connexion ADSL. Puis en panne depuis 2 mois. Tickets fermés sans arrêt, RDVs non honorés ou annulés en dernière minute. Plus jamais

@TERGrandEst Vous avez un gros souci de communication en gare. Les trains vers Nancy sont très en retard, mais 0 annonce. Les écrans indiquent des retard optimistes, personne ne sait quand il pourra rentrer. Envisagez vous de considérer vos clients autrement que comme du bétail ?
