I think context switching is becoming a much bigger problem than we’re acknowledging Walrus Memory is a start, but there’s so much more to solve around how people keep track of their work across tools and agents. The product opportunity here is enormous

The fact that so many devs are now struggling with context switching is proof that our issue boards don't work. A human interface to work-in-progress isn't a million cards "in progress" or "blocked." It's domain-specific vertical slices that are recognizable from a distance.
