Having to coach the ceo of a company like mazerance on leadership, communication and funds management just shows he wasn’t fully ready for the role.

Yes, that step-down post should have included the difficulties around payment and how it was beyond his control (which led to him stepping down), and how complicit he was in keeping quiet. This is an incontrovertible fact; if I were an employee too, I would be vexed at the
