When an n8n workflow fails, has the vendor reported an incident? Check OpenAI, Claude, and Make in one free board: outagedeck.com/stack?p=anthro… Official feeds, checked about every 10 minutes. Keep your own error alerts too. Slack and webhook alerts start at $19/month:

Claude.ai returned this authentication error at 12:51 am Cairo time. Anthropic's official feed showed operational at 12:55, then acknowledged an authentication incident at 12:58. This is the gap OutageDeck records. Live incident: outagedeck.com/services/claud…
