How do I disable "Unrecognized website - The website you’re on isn’t linked to this login …"

One example: On whatever web page I’m on, I call up 1 Password to get the password for my VPN software. After I do that, the window is still there, so I then click on “Open & Fill” Very convenient.

I see removed, invited, active and suspended users in my 1password app

When I log into my 1Password app either in browser or in the Windows Desktop App, I see removed, invited, Active and suspended users. It appears to be a random list of users by name. I am one of our Admins.
