The platform for deploying FastAPI apps. A summary of what I've shipped since day one.
As part of the FastAPI team, I've been contributing to the template since late 2023. I built the current React frontend from scratch, replacing the old Vue one, led its migrations to Chakra UI v3 and then shadcn/ui with Tailwind, set up the end-to-end tests with Playwright, and moved package management to Bun and uv workspaces.
Palim is a side project I'm building for myself and some friends to keep track of our favorite media, including books, movies, and TV shows, all centralized in one place. It's built with React + TypeScript and FastAPI. Currently, it only works by invitation. It's still a work in progress, but I'm really happy with how it's turning out so far!
