    We love this durable kangaroo chair for my 6 year old and for many years to come. It piqued my interest because he is always seeking sensory attention and this definitely adds compression while he sits, lays, and plays in this chair in a variety of ways whether watching tv, drawing at the coffee table or jumping around like it's a horse or kangaroo. It's really been quite fun seeing how he configures this chair to his liking for different uses. It's nice that i can watch the coverlet to keep it clean from all the pet fur.

    Our VERY active neurodiverse 4 year old loves this seat! He calls it his "horsey chair" -- I'm sure that's not how the designers intended it to be used, but he loves it! Two year old brother also enjoys it when he can get a turn.

    We have only had it a couple of weeks so I don't know how it will hold up long term, but for now it seems very well made, with high quality foam and a soft, washable cover. I love that it provides cushioning for our little guy who is always bouncing. Even if it turns out to have a short life, it is well worth the money to give him a safe way to be active inside.

    It’s a decent size for toddlers between 2 and 5 yrs old.

    It’s very good material as far as the firmness of the cushion and cover on it.

    But when your kid sits on it like the chair is meant to be used, with each leg on either side, it’s a dangerous toy.

    Even if they sit on it like if it were a swing, it’s dangerous.

    My son fell backwards and hit his head, good thing it was in the room where there is carpet. This was when he sat in it like if it were a swing.

    So we showed him to do it the way the toy was designed to sit in, and he fell forward but I caught him. Then we were showing him again to sit in it like they are on a horse and was standing in front to prevent him from falling forward, but he ended falling backwards.

    This chair doesn’t allow for the child to try to protect their face or head at the moment of falling.

    I would give it zero stars for safety.

    The chair itself is indeed soft and firm and good quality.

    But for the safety part, unless you will be there with them the whole time they play with it, I would not recommend this toy for them to use unsupervised.
