Adaptability & Construction
I cannot say enough about how awesome these light stands are. They are heavy duty. They are spring loaded which allows for heavier mounted objects. It comes with one mounting bracket that can be used two ways. This easily handled my Godox video lights and softbox and my teleprompter which all are HEAVY. They also can be adjusted to have a wide spread at the base or a narrow one. If you want to not trip over your stand, you can make it narrower but if you need the added support it can go wider for stability. The only comment I have is I need to hire someone to lug my gear. :)

I cannot say enough about how awesome these light stands are. They are heavy duty. They are spring loaded which allows for heavier mounted objects. It comes with one mounting bracket that can be used two ways. This easily handled my Godox video lights and softbox and my teleprompter which all are HEAVY. They also can be adjusted to have a wide spread at the base or a narrow one. If you want to not trip over your stand, you can make it narrower but if you need the added support it can go wider for stability. The only comment I have is I need to hire someone to lug my gear. :)

Truly heavy duty and worth every cent
Reviewed in the United States on October 29, 2025When they say this stand is heavy-duty, they’re not kidding. The build quality is outstanding. Nothing about it feels cheap. Every piece, from the height locks to the screw adapters, feels solid and well-made. It can go really high much higher than I actually need, and it stays stable throughout.
The setup is simple and quick. Everything adjusts smoothly, and the stand feels premium in every way. It’s not exactly lightweight, but that’s to be expected with something this solid. Honestly, for how thick and sturdy it looks, I was surprised it’s not heavier. It’s still portable enough to carry around when needed.
Just keep in mind this isn’t one of those flimsy plastic tripods. It’s built like professional gear. For me, it’s absolutely worth it.
There’s only one small thing to be aware of. If you plan to mount heavier equipment, like a large camera or light modifier, you’ll need to add some counterweight. Without it, the stand can lean forward a little, and if you’re not careful, it could tip. It’s not a big deal once you know about it, but it’s something to keep in mind.
Overall, I’m very satisfied. It’s solid, reliable, easy to use, and looks professional. For the quality you get, it’s completely worth the price.
