A very nice and well kept villa, easy to find, not far from Panjim city, Miramar Beach and Dona Paula, the host were very quick to respond and very helpful, shall definitely come back to this accommodation the next time in Goa.

Great place and a great location. Everything was closeby, wifi worked mostly well, Balcony was great. Just sitting there while it's raining was one of our favourite things to do. Kitchen was decent and had almost everything. Stayed here for 5 nights.

Had a great stay here! The 1BHK was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It had all the kitchen amenities we needed, a Smart TV with all the major OTT platforms, and AC throughout the place. Everything was neat and well maintained. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay. Would definitely recommend this place!

Everything was excellent...clean and spacious place as shown in pics....good restaurant at ground floor and 10mins walk to betalbatim beach. Has some issues with wifi for a day or 2 apart from that everything was well managed and communicated.
