ESPC’s Open Viewing is your chance to showcase it. As ESPC’s first-ever YouTube series, Open Viewing will celebrate real homes and real homeowners across Scotland, giving you the opportunity to highlight what makes your property special, inspire others and be in with the chance of winning a luxury George Street experience and the ESPC Open Viewing Trophy.

Celebrate your Home’s Story with ESPC

Whether you've renovated a property, restored period features, created a stylish family home, bought your first place or simply live in a home full of character, ESPC's Open Viewing is your chance to showcase what makes it special. We want to celebrate the creativity, personality and thoughtful touches that make your home uniquely yours.

If your home is selected, our team will support you every step of the way. Each episode features a professionally filmed home tour, with our presenter and guest judges exploring the stories, design choices and inspiration behind the spaces, alongside the homeowners who bring them to life.

Big or small, modern or traditional, every home has something special about it. ESPC’s Open Viewing is your chance to showcase yours. With professional filming, support from the ESPC team and exposure across our digital channels, we’ll celebrate the spaces, stories and people that make a house a home.

As part of the programme, the judges will share their thoughts for each home and decide whether they would:

• Make an offer
• Note interest
• Move on

*All decisions are purely for the purposes for this programme. In practice, any real-life property purchase would be made through an ESPC solicitor estate agent. *

It’s not just up to the judges. Our audience votes will play the deciding factor in which homes progress through the series.

At the end of each episode, viewers will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite property via ESPC’s Instagram stories, with the home receiving the most public votes progressing to the series finale.

What happens if you enter?

1. Enter your home

Complete the entry form below and upload:

• Five images of your property
• A short, optional video tour
• A few details about your home and its story

2. Shortlisting

If your home is shortlisted, the ESPC team will get in touch to talk you through the next steps and answer any questions before filming.

3. Filming

Successful homes will be professionally filmed for an episode of ESPC’s Open Viewing. Our team will help showcase your home at its best and make the experience as simple and enjoyable as possible.

4. Audience voting

After each episode airs, viewers can vote for their favourite property via ESPC’s Instagram.

5. The finale

The winning home from each episode will progress to the series finale where one home will be crowned the winner of ESPC’s Open Viewing.

Is my home eligible?

• Nominated properties must be in the eligible Scottish regions - Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife and the Scottish Borders.
• All owners must be over 18 years old.
• The property must have been bought or sold through an ESPC Solicitor Estate Agent.
• Homeowners must be comfortable being filmed and featured across ESPC digital channels.
• ESPC employees or employees from ESPC member firms cannot enter.
• Properties currently being marketed for sale, under offer or sold subject to contract are not eligible to enter.
• All entrants must apply on or before the closing date next year
