About the program
A delegation of game industry professionals from Japan and South Korea, invited to Poland for a combined program: business networking in Warsaw, a dedicated summit track at Game Industry Conference in Poznań, and full access to GIC itself.

What participants receive
- Return flights, covered by the Polish Embassies
- Accommodation: 2 nights in Warsaw, 3 nights in Poznań
- Local transport in Warsaw and the transfer to Poznań
- Meals as specified in the program schedule
- Business Pass for GIC 2026: full access to the conference program and to the meeting system
- A profile in the meeting system presented to Polish companies, plus hands-on support in arranging meetings with potential partners
- Curated small-group meetings with selected Polish studios, publishers, and public-sector institutions in Warsaw
Not covered: travel outside the program itinerary and changes to booked flights, personal expenses, hotel upgrades, room service, meals not listed in the program schedule, travel insurance.
Applying
One applicant per company or media outlet.
Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and reviewed as they arrive, by Game Industry
Conference together with representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. You will be
notified by email.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Places are limited.
Accepted participants are asked to attend the full program from 19 to 24 October, set up their meeting-system profile up to date so Polish companies can reach them and take part in an agreed number of scheduled B2B meetings.
