news authenticator extension (also found here)

1. download or clone this repository
2. run python service.py to start the http service on localhost:80. (main.py is not the program, it is only a testing file)
3. navigate to chrome://extensions/ in your chrome or chromium based browser
4. Switch on developer mode in the top right corner
5. Select 'Load unpacked' in the top navbar and choose the folder ./extension folder in the download (should contain 'manifest.json' file)
6. refresh the extension and enjoy
