I needed to sell my house and was introduced to Josh and Bethany through a mutual friend, Kim Rooker. It was the best move I made. Josh and Bethany walked me through every step and made it easy to put my house on the market. It sols the first day it was listed. I was so thankful! Even after selling my house, we had a plan to get me into a new place and that worked out perfect! I moved from the old place to the new place in 1 day. Thank you again for the great team work!!! Thanks to Josh, Bethany and Kim. You are all my hero's!!!

When my husband and I decided to start looking for a house to start our family in we knew we wanted a realtor that was very responsive, savvy, and tenacious, especially when the market was very competitive. We went through countless realtors until we found Bethany and her, and her team was just that! They were very professional and did everything they could to help us find and get our home!

I couldn't be happier with my experience! Josh was wonderful, he came to our first appointment prepared with data and comarables, he provided lists of things to do and made the entire process easy. We had an offer in 4 days and I don't think that would have been possible without the Brokaw Group's experience and knowledge! Will absolutely be using them for my next home purchase!

The experience as my Realtor when several family members and I bought or sold our homes. 4. What did you value most about my service? Knowledge, timely communications, guidance based off experiences and influence in her profession. 5. What advice would you give to a potential buyer or seller? Choose a realtor that has the experience and knowledge in the business. Someone that takes the time to understand your needs, provides guidance in your favor and exhibits caring behaviors.
