Two forces are changing what happens to unsold stock.

More than ten new pieces of UK and EU legislation land between now and 2030. At the same time resale keeps growing. Both change what your unsold stock is worth and what you are allowed to do with it.

Image
PRESSURE: Upcoming Eco-Legislation
Legislative and investor pressure to comply with ESG & Zero Waste Policies.
Destroying unsold textiles is restricted for large companies from 2026. ESPR, EPR and CSRD all require auditable evidence for every batch.

TREND: The Rise of Social Commerce and Resell
According to a report by Straits Research and verified by Statista, revenue driven by social commerce is set to reach $1.2 trillion worldwide this year and grow by 31.6% year-on-year to reach $6.2 trillion by 2030.
Environmental concerns and the cost-of-living crisis have driven shoppers towards ‘pre-loved’ garments. According to a report by GlobalData, this caused global sales of pre-owned clothes to surge by 18% to $197 billion last year and are forecast to reach $350 billion by 2028.

Where others end,
we only begin.

Excess stock lands on three desks at once.
Here is what each of them gets.

I work in:
Image
Recover cash from stock you have already written down.
Image
Warehouse space released within an agreed SLA, with no blocked deliveries.
Image
One supplier, one contract, one invoice, instead of a broker chain.
Image
Batch-level certificates of recycling and destruction, accepted by external auditors.
Image
Data aligned to ESRS E5, ESRS E2 and EPR reporting, exportable to CSV and PDF.
Image
Ready for the 2026 EU destruction ban, ESPR and full EPR scope.
Image
Two models, contractually separated: we buy the batch, or you pay a service fee and keep the recovery.
Image
Settlement within 30 days of collection, with a batch-level reconciliation report.
Image
No hidden margin. You see the commercial model before the first pallet moves.

Circularity is winning!

According to the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, more than $500 billion worth of value is lost every year due to the under-utilisation of clothing and the lack of recycling.
We are here to change that.
