How fast will I receive my designs?

On average, we complete requests in just two days. For more complex requests, we’ll let you know in advance.

Are there any limits on the number of requests I can make?

Your subscription lets you make as many design requests as you’d like. We’ll deliver them one by one in the order you choose.

How do I request new designs?

We’re super flexible. Create a quick brief in Trello, share a Google Doc, show us an image or just record a Loom video. Whatever works for you works for us.

What programs do you use?

We can work with a range of design tools like Figma, Webflow, Framer, Spline, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. Whatever your project needs, we’ll make it work.

Who’s behind the design team?

We’re a duo of founding designers, and we are fully committed to keeping it small as it ensures the quality we’re looking for.

How does communication work?

We mainly work async and complete the requests you make through Trello. For more direct communication you can reach us through Slack.

Why not hire an in-house designer instead?

Hiring a full-time senior-level designer is usually more expensive than our subscription. It's also often hard to keep them busy consistently, meaning you're paying for idle time.Our monthly plan allows you to pause and resume your subscription as needed, so you only pay when you have work for us.

Do you offer any refunds?

Sorry, we don’t offer refunds. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality work and we’re confident that you’ll love the results.
