RWTExchange
RWTExchange is a decentralized escrow marketplace for MMO currencies. Trades are coordinated P2P and settled on-chain using deterministic smart contract logic. Launching on Ethereum Mainnet in Q2/Q3 2026.

Every feature is grounded in trust minimization, open verification, and predictable execution.
Stablecoin-settled
All trades settle in USDC, allowing sellers to receive predictable dollar-denominated outcomes without exposure to market volatility.
Non-custodial escrow
Escrowed funds remain under deterministic smart-contract control, enabling trust-minimised settlement between buyers and sellers.
Yield at rest
Idle USDC can be deployed into low-risk yield strategies, with returns accruing to the protocol's revenue share vault rather than remaining unproductive.
Low, transparent fees
Fee structures are designed to undercut competitive markets, whilst funding protocol security, infrastructure, and aligned incentives.
Revenue sharing
A portion of protocol fees is routed into an ERC-4626 revenue vault, enabling crypto native participants to gain exposure to protocol activity whilst not partaking in RWT.
Collateralised bonds
Trades require bonded collateral, aligning incentives and penalising dishonest behaviour through predefined economic consequences.
Dispute resolution
Structured dispute flows allow evidence-based resolution when automated settlement conditions cannot be conclusively satisfied.
Referral incentives
Participants who onboard active sellers can earn a share of referred trade volume, distributed directly through the protocol.
How it works
1. Seller creates order
A seller opens an order specifying price, total size, and minimum fill amount, while posting over-collateralised USDC to economically back the listing.
2. Buyer fills order
A buyer fills all or part of the order above the minimum size and deposits matching over-collateralised USDC to secure their side of the trade.
3. Trade coordination
Both parties are connected through in-app wallet messaging to complete the off-chain trade, with a 48-hour settlement window.
4A. Successful settlement
Once delivery is confirmed, escrowed trade funds are released to the seller and all posted collateral is returned to both parties.
4B. Dispute resolution
If a dispute is raised, evidence submitted by both parties is reviewed by moderators. Funds are distributed based on the ruling, while the losing party's bond is forfeited and routed to the revenue share vault.
4C. No response timeout
If neither party confirms settlement within the allotted window, trade funds are refunded, both collateral bonds are forfeited to the revenue vault, and the remaining order is cancelled.

No Token
RWTExchange does not have a native token and does not plan to introduce one. The protocol does not require a token to function, secure settlement, or coordinate trades.
Introducing a token would add complexity and speculative distraction without improving the core product. The platform is designed to operate using established assets such as USDC, with deterministic smart contract logic handling escrow and settlement.
The focus remains on building reliable infrastructure for peer-to-peer MMO currency exchange - not on financial engineering.
