Identified -
Opendock data in Embed Reports is not updating as expected due to an issue with one of our data sync processes. As a result, some customer-facing reports may be showing outdated information.
The root cause has already been identified and we're working on a fix. We'll post updates here as we have them.

Between Aug 3, 2026 16:48 UTC and Aug 5, 2026 14:49 UTC, Opendock did not deliver any outbound webhooks. These events were not retried and cannot be re-sent — if you rely on webhooks, please reconcile records for that period.
Delivery has been fully restored. We're sorry for the disruption. We are improving our monitoring to detect this sooner, and our ability to recover automatically from any degradation.
