This has been a hellish pair of weekends. Last weekend I tore out 90% of a bathroom(umpteenth time mind you) to replace subfloor, joist work, and plumbing where the previous remodelers had made plumbing mistakes causing everything else to rot. (Old sub floor/partly redone)
