this is still a blocker to clarify, it's not the package size limit, it's npm metadata limit (READMEs etc.), so it's basically a limit on a number of package versions published to npm and we can't resolve it on our own since you can only unpublish versions published in last 72h

we can't ship new releases because we've hit 100mb npm releases limit, trying to resolve this with npm support(almost 2 weeks so far) big release is coming though, we'll definitely hit new limits right after this one too

hot take: if an issue was fixed and you don't know why, it's a bad thing, because you don't know what caused it and won't be able to fix yourself it if the ✨compiler✨ won't do it for you next time this is fixing the effect instead of the cause

The React Compiler is amazing. I was noticing lag when scrolling and dropped frames after adding 100s more rows to my table. Turned on the compiler and it just... fixed it. No memo, no virtualization, nothing 😮 Video below shows before and after.

I'm starting to think that library types in TypeScript are all wrong. Instead of top-level types, they should be available right on the functions that use them. Brief thread 🧵

SST Autodeploy is a new way to do CI it's the typical git push, deploy flow with branch/pr envs for 100% of your infra but instead of yaml you configure it right in your sst.config.ts with typescript! SST Autodeploy is available today with ts based config coming soon
