@comcastcares can you toss a brick over the wall to whoever runs your "Claimed Copyright Infringement" system?
This is the second time I've gotten a notice for my address with an IP address that isn't ours.
Not to mention that I have *NEVER* run BitTorrent at this location.
@comcastcares This sure doesn't look good for you at all - if I connect my laptop to my neighbor's Xfinity SSID oh hey, i'm suddenly getting normal speeds.

According to the speed tests i'm running, I'm running a blazingly fast 0.20 MBps ... yes, that's right - I can get faster speeds with my Courier 19.2 baud modem...
