200+ students joined us live to build an AI resume tool. One prompt, no rules. They diagnosed the failures, rebuilt it with grounding rules, then open-sourced it. By the end of the day, it had picked up 28 stars, 64 forks, and 4 PRs. In 90 minutes, these students got a crash
