A new system I have in my side projects is to keep a simple docs/todo.md in the repo (had it externally before), with things I definitely want to do (no future maybes). Then my agent (desktop or even Cursor app/web) can just take the next task and update the list when it's done

- Your most important tech should not be vibe coded. Front-end, UI, marketing, basic CRUD. Low risk, let AI rip. Some things deserve more respect: auth, email delivery, billing, encryption, multi-tenancy etc. Sometimes an existing tool or platform is the better choice
