    Been thinking about this a lot lately. Finding out what someone actually needs before you sell is a way better conversion signal than trying to force them to buy.

    Sales is not about pitching a lot of people - it is really the process of doing enough research up-front so the people you are pitching actually need your product. If you are not sure the person needs your product, don't pitch! Spend the time fixing your research.
