Flying with @JetstarAirways & the delay is as long as the flight. Excuse: airplane came late, now mind u most their flights in SYD are late & no coms from the staff. It’s like this: we don’t care & you have no choice. Reason I avoid any Oz airline. #badservice #customerfail
