I would love 10 minutes with whoever leads the customer support team for the Google Store. I think 10 minutes of showing them how their system is actively anti customer would do more good than all the metrics/SLAs they might have internally.

What I like about this is that they're assuming performant and conformant clients which sets a high bar. Really looking forward to see what comes out of this.

Let's talk a bit about what makes the Superlogical multiplexer different architecturally from traditional terminal multiplexers! There's a lot (a LOT) more coming, but wanted to share a little bit about the terminal-specific part compared to tmux and zellij.

GPT 5.6 sol is very very good. I'm enjoying a fair amount how it goes about things and the results. Opus 4.8 can still beat it in some stuff but I think this is the first time since late last year that I feel OpenAI truly catching up and perhaps overtaking.

Ha! I was also caught by something equivalent in acdc and ended up testing with GB sized asciidocs. Which is unrealistic in practice but caught lots of bottlenecks by doing so. github.com/nlopes/acdc

This is true outside the browser too! At some point we found ~10% of all Ghostty IO time in an Asciinema dump was log warns for purposely unsupported sequences. We moved that to "log once per sequence" helper and saw that overhead disappear. Source here: github.com/ghostty-org/gh…

This was brewing in my mind for some time now. Finally put "pen to paper".
