Deutsche Bahn moves Germany. Every day.

    One railway. Reliable. For everyone.

A railway we can be proud of.

With its new “DB 2035” strategy, Deutsche Bahn is charting its course for the next decade. The focus is on reliability, quality, and a noticeably better customer experience. Success will depend on a comprehensive transformation of the company, empowered decentralized entrepreneurship, and a profound cultural change. Central to this transformation is a culture where performance is valued and responsibility is rewarded.

When the "Adler" started its journey for the first time, people sensed that something new was beginning: travelling became faster, more comfortable - and for many, possible for the first time. This moment marks the beginning of the railway age, which has a profound impact on the country. Trains connect people and regions, shorten distances and open up new opportunities. Railway stations become lively meeting places and the railway becomes a symbol of new beginnings, progress and the idea of being able to achieve more together.
