New LaunchChair site is live ✨
We rebuilt the story around what LaunchChair is becoming:
not a prompt library, not a one-shot app generator, but the product brain for indie builders using AI agents ðŸ§
Tons of purely vibe coded sites fail every category that actually matters. You could have ironclad distribution but if your website feels broken or looks like slop your conversion is dead in the water.
Traffic rarely aligns with trust.
Your website is either building trust or leaking revenue.
100ms faster = +8.4% retail conversions.
46.1% judge credibility partly on visual design.
95.9% of top 1M homepages have WCAG failures.
19% abandon checkout if they don’t trust the site with their card.
Standards matter.
Building a product with an agent comes down to 3 things:
1. What you are actually trying to ship.
2. Whether your agent has a spec to work from.
3. Whether that spec reflects where the project is right now.
Fix the context and the drift disappears on its own.
Product spec 101:
- Know who you are building for (ICP)
- Define the problem they cannot ignore (wedge)
- Scope the smallest thing that answers it (MVP)
- Give your agent a spec before it touches the codebase (guardrails)
- Ship the outcome, not the feature ($)

Talking to a builder who skipped validation is a painful conversation.
They have no ICP. They have no wedge.
It is almost impossible to agree on scope because they do not want to admit the spec was never written.
Painful.
