SaneCite answers from your own evidence and cites every supported answer to its source. We guarantee the grounding of those answers: a “supported” answer will reflect the source it cites.
A run qualifies if SaneCite labels an answer supported with a citation, but the cited source does not actually support that answer (a grounding error). It does not cover the accuracy of your own source documents, questions your evidence doesn't address (which are flagged unknown rather than answered), or disagreements about wording.
First, we fix it — we correct the citation, re-answer, or flag the item unknown. If a genuine grounding error can't be fixed, the affected month's subscription is on us: on monthly billing that's the affected month's fee, and on annual billing it's a credit of 1/12 of the annual fee for the affected month. A qualifying grounding-error run does not count against the Free tier's included questionnaire.
Total guarantee credits in any calendar month won't exceed one month's subscription fee (on annual billing, 1/12 of the annual fee).
If Pro isn't right for you, request a full refund within your first 30 days as a new Pro customer. This is a one-time welcome window — cancelling and re-subscribing doesn't reset it.
The guarantee is offered in good faith for genuine use. We may decline claims that are abusive, fraudulent, or outside the cases above.
Pro is $499/month billed month-to-month, or $5,000/year billed annually (two months free). Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — the current month on monthly billing, or the current annual term on annual billing. Pro includes 1 seat and unlimited normal questionnaire use. Enterprise is sold by written order form with the seats, governance controls, onboarding work, and procurement terms stated before activation. Billing is handled by LemonSqueezy for Pro and invoice/order form for Enterprise.
SaneCite does not charge per questionnaire and does not silently add overage fees. We may contact, limit, or suspend accounts for abusive automation, resale, attacks, or usage that threatens service reliability.
Your documents and answers are yours. We never sell them and never use them to train any model; they're not sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. Export or delete workspace content at any time — see the Privacy Policy and Security page.
Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, and don't attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.
SaneCite assists a human reviewer; you're responsible for reviewing answers before submitting them to a third party. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
