THINC 2026 · CHULA'S STUDENT STARTUP CLUB · 14TH GENERATION
/θɪŋk/ · noun · (Thailand Incubator)
The real startup incubator. Where builders and dreamers turn ideas into real startups through close mentorship from founder alumni, and take full ownership.
One club, two foundations. We incubate student startups, and we build software you can hire.
TWO FOUNDATIONS
One turns students into founders. The other builds real software for the people and organisations who need it.
FOUNDATION 01 · THE INCUBATOR
Members find a real problem, build the product, and own everything that follows. This is where CUpid and CUgetreg come from.
FOUNDATION 02 · THE SOFTWARE HOUSE
A cross-functional student team that designs and builds websites and software for people who need them. The work ships, gets handed off, and holds up after we leave. You can hire us.
Every member builds on both sides.
Our members have built startups at national scale.
02 · The structure
The internal team runs the club. The project teams build the products. That is the whole structure: many project teams running at once, and every team with its own positions.
02a · The internal team
Two foundations · One system
Four seats, one pod.
Assembled around one problem brief, run like a founding team, shipped to real users.

Four seats · One product
Product Manager
CEO of the product

Tech Lead
CTO of the product

Full-Stack Software Engineer×N
Builder
Ship features end to end: modern frontend, robust backend, real deploys, real users.
Business Development
Growth · Finance · Strategy
Joins when the startup needs it.
Every project team is a mini-startup. No layers between the people and the product.
03 · The journey
No classroom simulation. You take a seat on a working team and what you build goes live.
Step 01
Take a seat
You join a project team with a position that is yours.
Step 02
Meet real users
Your users are real people on this campus, not personas on a slide.
Step 03
Build the MVP
Scope it down to what fits in a sprint, then put it in people's hands.
Step 04
Iterate on the loop
One loop per sprint. The ring below is how every product here grows.
Step 05
Ship it
Your work goes live in front of the whole campus, with your name behind it.
Step 06
Maintain it
Shipped is not finished. You keep the product alive for the people using it.
Agile · Lean

Build
The smallest version that works
Measure
Watch what users actually do
Learn
Pick what changes next
Every Thinc product grows on this loop
THE LOOP
You build the smallest thing that works, watch what people actually do with it, and let that decide the next lap.
You ship it, then you keep it alive. The product is yours to run.
04 · Mentorship
Every generation here is coached by the one before it. Our alumni went on to found startups, run software houses, engineer in Silicon Valley, and consult at MBB firms. They keep coming back.
Fourteen generations of members, the newest mentored by all the ones before.
Now building · 2026
Three in build now, and 36+ successful projects shipped before them.
