The Amp CLI is still working and is not affected by this authentication outage (only authed browser sessions). You can `amp threads list` and `amp threads continue <thread-id>` to keep using Amp for any threads that you started in the web app. We are sorry for the disruption.

We are back.

Amp is now ~50% cheaper on average (and much better) since we mostly replaced Opus with GPT-5.6 and shipped this little guy. Wild times.

Grok 4.5 in Amp. It's not yet tuned and optimized, but we invite you to experiment with us. If you haven't yet installed Amp: curl -fsSL ampcode.com/install.sh | bash Then try it out: amp update amp plugins add @amp/grok-45-mode --auto-update amp --mode grok45

Amp now shows your running and recently paused orbs at ampcode.com/settings/orbs. (No need to worry about pausing them. Amp does it automatically.)

Your agents can now, uh, *checks notes* declare independence from your laptop. Amp orbs just got 2x the storage and more CPU/memory choices.
