Claims used to live in provider paperwork, spreadsheets, and insurance websites. I built one system that carries each claim from the provider’s records to the insurer’s receipt to the books.

- What does it cost?
- It depends on what I build, so there is no price list. The first call and a look at how the work gets done are free. After that, you get a fixed price in writing before any work starts. Small jobs are welcome too.
- How long does it take?
- It depends on the size of the job. You get a schedule in writing along with the price, and you see working pieces every week, not one big reveal at the end.
- Will it work with QuickBooks and the programs we already use?
- That is one of the first things I check. Most programs, QuickBooks included, can take information from the system I build. If one can’t, I’ll tell you before you pay anything.
- What happens if something happens to you?
- You own everything: the program, your data, the accounts, and a written guide to how it works. It is built with common tools any good developer can pick up. You never depend on me alone.
- Will my people have to learn a complicated program?
- No. It is built around the steps your people already do, using the words they already use.
