Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — there is no long-term contract. Use Manage Billing on your billing page to cancel. Cancellation stops future billing immediately; there is no prorated refund for the current billing period, but credits already in your balance stay yours to use.

Is there a free trial?

There is no free generation tier, so new accounts start with 0 generation credits. You can use MascoFast's free browser tools without an account, but creating a custom mascot or animation requires credits. Starter is the lowest-priced plan with 72 credits — enough for up to 6 complete flows.

What exactly does a credit get me?

One credit covers one mascot, variant, pose, idea interview, or generated first animation frame. A video costs 10 credits. That makes a complete flow — mascot, generated first frame, and video — 12 credits. Reusing an existing pose as the first frame is free, so that version costs 11 credits.

How long does generation actually take?

Generation runs in the background rather than blocking the page. Mascot images often finish in seconds, but a video usually takes about 2–5 minutes. Background removal and export preparation can add more time. You can leave the page while a job is pending and return to check its status.

What if I run out of credits before my next renewal?

Buy a one-off top-up pack anytime. Top-ups do not require a subscription and never expire. Monthly plan credits and top-up credits share the same balance, so there is nothing separate to track.

Do I need any design or animation experience?

No. Describe your character in plain text — colors, personality, a few distinctive details — and the AI handles the illustration and animation, across styles from Anime to hand-drawn Doodle. Most people go from a text prompt to a finished animated mascot without touching an image editor.

What does MascoFast create?

MascoFast is an AI mascot generator that creates a base character, variants, poses, and short animations from a text description or photo. The same character carries over into each asset instead of becoming a different creature on every prompt.

What file format do I actually get?

Mascot reference images, variants, and poses download as PNG files. Finished animations can be downloaded as a transparent GIF, transparent WebM, or Lottie export (.lottie or JSON), depending on where you plan to use them. GIF is the easiest drop-in format; WebM and Lottie are better suited to supported app and web runtimes.

Do I own the mascots I create?

You own the mascots, variants, poses, and animations you generate through MascoFast. You may use them commercially without royalties or attribution. This does not make public gallery assets exclusive: downloadable gallery files have a separate license and cannot be resold as standalone assets. See our Terms of Service for the full details.

Is this AI-generated? Any limitations?

Yes. Images, poses, and animations are produced by third-party AI models. Results can vary in quality, accuracy, and consistency between generations, and we cannot guarantee that an output is unique or free from resemblance to existing work. Review generated content and its rights implications before using it commercially.

What's your refund policy?

Credits used for a generation are generally non-refundable because the underlying AI cost has already been incurred. Failed generations do not charge a credit.
