Hello, So if I used all three chances trying to make payment with my USD card and my Card was deactivated, can I ever get a new one or that’s the only one I can get ever?And I am pleading that you remove that policy of deactivating card after three times of failed transaction due to insufficient funds, the $0.30 charge I a OK with but the card deactivation doesn’t make sense to me, I’ll really appreciate if this is looked into, and if the case is because maybe someone else may be trying to access your card without your consent, how about temporarily deactivating the card and let the user terminate the card by themselves if they can’t sort it or activate it back if they sort it(figure out who or what was trying to take money from their account through their bank account dollar card).I’ll be grateful if this is tended to, and taken into consideration…Best regards, thanks.

I’ve enjoyed using the Cleva online banking app overall — it has a clean interface, fast transactions, and good features. However, the experience has been seriously limited by their partnership with Lead Bank.One major issue is that Lead Bank rejects any incoming payments that don’t exactly match the account holder’s name. This has caused a lot of inconvenience, especially when receiving payments from clients or platforms that use abbreviations, initials, or slightly different name formats. It’s discouraging and makes the app unreliable for regular business or freelance payments.Cleva has potential, but until they either improve flexibility around payment name matching or partner with a more adaptable banking provider, it’s hard to recommend for users who rely on incoming payments from multiple sources. I hope this gets addressed soon, as it really impacts the usability of an otherwise solid product.

If you can’t provide the required documents for any money that comes into your account. They won’t release your money for you. My refund is stuck in Cleva app but the customer care said they won’t release my funds for me. There is no receipt for a refund I keep telling them. But still yet they are still holding my money. I don’t know where to get help from. To be able to get my money from the app

Cleva has shown its capability that a visual bank can be trusted and reliable, with swift transactional experience among its customers.But the Swift Transfer they intend disabling is really not a good idea.Lots of visual banks doesn’t do swift transfer but Cleva does with ease, and that has made them the number for me, guess you guys should have a rethink about disabling Swift Transfer. It might be bad for business for you guys. Thanks
