I paid about £60 extra for a flexible ticket option with Travelup because I wanted the ability to change my travel plans if needed. When I later needed to extend my stay in South Africa, I tried to use that option two days before my return flight. I followed all the steps Travelup provided. I called customer support three times, but no one answered, even though the calls connected and I was charged. I also sent an email to the admin address listed on their website and in my booking confirmation, and submitted a change request through their website. I received absolutely no response — no acknowledgement, no update, and no help from their support team. Because nobody responded before my flight, I had no real choice but to travel on the original ticket or lose it altogether. That meant the flexible ticket service I paid extra for was effectively useless when I actually needed it. Very disappointing, and I believe the flexible ticket fee should be refunded, so I contacted their customer support via email, who finally responded 3 weeks later saying that "any payment which has been paid for any package, those fees are 100% non-refundable and it is also mentioned on our website in terms and conditions as well". All in all, a very unsatisfactory experience and so I would definitely not recommend Travelup to anyone, particularly if you're thinking of paying extra for their flexible ticket option. It will be a complete waste of your money and time in my experience.

I'll give Daals 3 stars because, although the quality of the products is quite good and as expected for the price, their way of handling deliveries is perhaps the worst I've seen of the various home furnishing shops. To clarify - it's not the delivery itself, that went very smoothly, but the way deliveries are organised: they book you into a weekly delivery rota and ring you a day before your delivery is due. You can either accept the delivery or not. If you don't, you get pushed to the following week's delivery rota. There is of course no way to know with reasonable time in advance what day you'll be getting the delivery and not even a way to pay to choose a day (which would be a fine system that others have in place). Thus getting your stuff can take anywhere between a week or a month or more depending on whether you get a lucky draw to actually be in for that delivery day. The reason I'm baffled is because this is clearly a terrible system both for the consumer AND for Daals. If it was only bad for the client fair enough, plenty of companies excel at that. But this system creates way more work for them too - I for one had to reschedule twice and talk to 4 people to do so (a combination of email and phonecalls). In conclusion - although I really like the furniture I got from them, I genuinely wouldn't buy another piece until the delivery system is sorted out because doing it this way is bonkers.

They split orders! Or do they? I am so mixed up on who sells what on this app. I seem to pay too much on delivery. I even order multiple products from same seller, (so I thought), at the same time and still charged extra! Too hidden! AI said,after saying it would be adjusted, DIDN'T HAPPEN. I DIDN'T SEE OR FIND MY ADJUSTMENT. HAS THIS BEEN GOING ON FOR SOME TIME???? I SPENT TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. I THINK, THEY, MAKE APP CONFUSING TO ENABLE THIS PLAY of "MONEY GRAB?" Or are they? I'M IN MY 70'S MY WINTER YEARS. Funny how I still Love my overall experience, here at TEMU. I quit. MAYBE?

....To be honest Vitacost was once a very good vitamin /supplement company, but not anymore. ....Vitacost customer service is now a disgrace!! ...The people they hire for customer service are low IQ, nasty , sneaky rejects. ...And their shipping is overpriced! ...Their supplements are overpriced! ...Vitacost has nothing to offer to customers! ...There are so many other vitamin/ supplement wholesalers that give better lower cost quality deals! ..You do not have to put up with this hideous company and their disgraceful customer service!

For the past four or five years, I would schlepp my empty canisters to BB&B until they closed, and then I took them to Target. It was usually a drudge, but the last time trying to deal with a rude and dismissive Gen Z "manager" was the last straw. My search for other options led me to SodaStream's own subscription service. What a game changer. Getting four bottles each month with a paid return pickup service eliminates all the hassle. And to top it off, the customer service is 5 stars. Thanks Mckenzie (love the puns).

I haven’t worn mascara for 20 years. I bought one last year and it was so chunky and harsh that I threw it away. I thought I would never buy another again but after purchasing first an eyeliner and then several eye pencils I thought I should give it a try. It’s delightful!! Goes on easily, doesn’t irritate my eyes Enhances my eyes without looking fake. I bought Mulberry and it’s a nice change from black. If you’re on the fence about mascara you must give this a try. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

I asked Matthew K to notify me again of some details I needed. I impressed upon him the fact that my client needed those details very urgently. The simple difference between WHUK and other hosting companies I am involved with is the fact that Matthew could have said "Oh no, sorry, you will have to raise a ticket for that", he didn't, essentially he said "it may take a few minutes but I will get the details you need". Just saying...

It took a long time to receive my shoe order. When the shoes arrived, they were not right for my feet issues. I immediately emailed them for a return/ refund on 4/05/26. Received an automated response that they would contact me in 1-2 days. As of 4/10/26, I have received no response. I tried to call the phone number they have listed for customer service, it is not in service. 😡 Very disappointed with this company.

We love Nonna Tonda. We receive a box every week and because it slips through our letter box there is nothing we have to bother about. The pasta is always superb, the sauces are always original and delicious and it's so easy to cook so that it's perfect when I don't have energy to be creative in the kitchen. We've been getting it for about two years and never had anything that hasn't hit the spot. Thank you

Place was fantastic for the four adults in our group. Clean, cold air, great kitchen space, comfy beds, and great shower water pressure in our place at Costa Del Ray. Washer and dryer was nice to have in the room also. The dryer kept shutting off and wouldn't stay running. I let the owners know. Pretty sure the vent hose that goes outside needs to be cleaned out. But rather than that, place is great.

They are liars and the customer "service" is a scam. They tricked me into booking a duplicate bookkng and promised once i did they would cancel the old. All of a sudden no one is helping once you paid twice. Im a consumer protection lawyer so now i have to waste my time taking legal action. I have been a loyal member/customer for 10 years. This ends now.

Bought a jacket, the product I receive is far from similar to the one advertised (60€). Asked for a refund, had to send it back to Canada (30€), they didnt pick up the package. It came back to my house, asked for whats going on and 2 months later I sill got no response, still ghosted to this day. Scummiest shop I have ever faced

Every time I've had to get in contact with intoxalock for any reason I am put on hold and left to wait for over an hour each time. typically followed by the line hanging up and me having to start the process all over again. Do not choose intoxalock unless you like sitting on hold and not getting help with what you need.
