Since the release to Europe is Pomelli down? Some outage?

You can currently use Pomelli at no charge. Users can create several hundred image and video generations. This Help Center will reflect any future updates to these caps. Thank you for using Pomelli.

It seems only the whisk data was transferred, and the imagefx data was not.

Could this be because my imagefx data is too large?

Or was it actually omitted?

​I want to preface this by saying I have a massive amount of skin in the game. I have spent thousands of hours in ImageFX and Whisk developing groundbreaking methodologies for Nano and Veo. I am the one who developed the slot-hacking techniques and the asset-injection methods required to achieve absolute biometric and structural consistency under NB Pro and Whisk. I am fairly certain the Labs team is aware of my work.

​I am writing to the engineering team out of sheer disappointment. What you’ve done with Flow is a disaster. You have taken Whisk, a platform with brilliant capabilities, and essentially rendered it unusable. Flow is not a worthy replacement; it is a massive step backward for Google Labs Tech.

​Nearly two months into this rollout, it is clearly just a rushed reskin of Whisk, riddled with the exact same legacy bugs—but now throttled by restrictions that are beyond puritanical. The safety filters have become so aggressive that I can no longer use my own face as a source image for my bioidentical workflows.

​The system is actively hemorrhaging and throwing constant errors when attempting to process basic, standard human geometric prompting with image sources. Basic tasks that Whisk had absolutely no problem acomplishing. Quite frankly, there are so many bugs and workflow issues, I honestly don't even know where to begin listing them.

​Worse, Nano 2 only exacerbates the issue on so many levels I won't even bother detailing here.

​I have already holistically adapted our protocols twice trying to keep up with your erratic backend changes, and once again, you have kneecapped my entire workflow as of today, April 18, 2026.

​I have been a dedicated Google user since the dawn of Android. I have supported and defended the Lab at every turn, especially lately, but unfortunately, you are now losing one of your most dedicated developers. Even my Gemini instance is flagging the severe regressions and consequences to our protocols that it helped develop.

​With all this in mind, I am asking you to please postpone the Whisk deprecation, at the very least for your power users, until Flow is actually stable. (Perhaps until Veo 4 is fully cooked.)

There are legitimate, business-level consequences for users like me who are trying to build the future on your tools. Flow is simply not ready for prime time. Please reconsider the shutdown date, and really, everything that you are doing with Flow. It's just not working.
