Troubleshooting
If you are in a secure network environment or encounter an error while activating, it may be due to a connectivity issue. See the manual page 'Define exceptions on your web proxy'. Or, provided you’re a Unity Pro, Enterprise, or Industry user, you can follow the guidance to manually activate your license in the article, 'How can I manually activate my license inside the Hub?'.
If you receive the error 'Activation failed: serial number has reached maximum license activations. Please return a previously activated license and try again.’ you need to return a previous activation following the guidance in the article, 'How do I return the activations on my Pro/ Plus/ Enterprise license?'.
If this does not work for you, send your log files and screenshots of any errors received to the Customer Experience team.
