Can’t get graphs

    Facing this issue while collecting report in my platform.

    03-Apr-25 12:11:55 INFO Collecting data to analyze
    03-Apr-25 12:11:57 INFO Preparing the report
    03-Apr-25 12:11:57 ERROR Cannot create the report: the profiler did not generate a data file (calls). You may find more details about this error in the “Log” tab or your PHP error log.

    Did you check the “Log” tab and your PHP error log as indicated?

    1. Click on the “Log” tab, enable the “Error” checkbox and look for potential errors.
    2. Check the “HTTP response log” log below to see if there was an HTTP error.
    3. Click the “Support” tab and paste here the system information report.
    4. Check your PHP error log too.
