This review is for the Sony ZV-E10 (EDITED) I've seen conflicting reviews on this model adapter's fit. I initially thought it did not fit. There is a bit of play in this dummy battery to allow for room for the cord to be closed between the battery and the door. Yes, there is a rubber flap on the battery door so the door can be closed, and the wire ran through the door. With all this being taken into account, this is probably why some people think the battery doesn't fit. The door battery door must be closed in order for proper fit.

I have a small basement studio for podcasting and use two cameras that were constantly running out of battery. I also use the same camera for Zoom calls, and the adapters have made the experience seamless. No more interruptions due to low battery!
Tip: Be sure to push the adapter all the way in until the purple locking mechanism engages, and then close the lid. If it’s not fully inserted, the cable can get pinched, as shown in my picture.
Overall, these adapters are fantastic and make indoor video work so much easier and stress-free! Highly recommend!

I initially thought it did not fit. There is a bit of play in this dummy battery to allow for room for the cord to be closed between the battery and the door. Yes, there is a rubber flap on the battery door so the door can be closed, and the wire ran through the door. With all this being taken into account, this is probably why some people think the battery doesn't fit. The door battery door must be closed in order for proper fit.

When ordering a product for the first time we are always scared to think what if the product comes damaged or is not good quality like the pictures portray on the website. I ordered this Gonine dummy battery for my Sony a6400 late Friday afternoon and it arrived the next day Saturday around 1:00pm. There was no damage to the packaging and the quality of the product was actually impressive, from the pouch the power supply came in to the nice looking strap to hold the wire. You can have a piece of mind reading all of the people's comments on the product including mine and feel comfortable ordering this knowing it will meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
