Flights aren’t booked at random, demand peaks right after key milestones. 🏨 That planning clearly translates into hotel performance: • For Boston stay dates 18–20 April 2026 are already well ahead of last year: +8.1% occupancy, +4.1% ADR and +12.6% RevPAR • London is also tracking ahead. For stay dates 24–26 April 2026: +0.6% occupancy, +3.1% ADR and +3.7% RevPAR 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗼’𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴? 46-65 year olds are the largest group and 26-35 year olds are the second‑largest segment for both marathons. Marathons aren't just about the race day.
