Amplitude is using Cursor to build an autonomous development pipeline that takes software from idea to production with minimal developer intervention. Over 1,000 agent runs are now kicked off every week without any manual prompting. Parallelized agents migrate legacy code, review PRs, and fix bugs continuously in the background. "Most AI coding tools give you more code. Cursor gives you more useful production software. The ability to run agents that can effectively parallelize work, test their own changes, and take a feature from idea to production is the difference," says Curtis Liu, CTO at Amplitude.
