In a breakthrough PoC with Kao, a global leader in cosmetics, we proved that capturing shifting consumer needs no longer requires months of recruitment and fieldwork. By integrating Kao’s social media and purchase data with our Smart AI Agent® technology, we simulated complex buyer personas to achieve a 99% reduction in research time. What used to take 1.5 months now takes only half a day, maintaining the same high-quality insights as traditional methods.
