Great to hear from Mark Stevens at CapSen Robotics on how Orbbec 3D cameras are helping solve challenges. When CapSen was looking for a camera that would get them a good point cloud of the objects, the Orbbec Astra 2 proved to be the right fit — delivering the depth data their software needed to power full 3D vision and motion planning with industrial robots. The partnership has since expanded to box picking and inspection applications, and we're excited to keep building on this collaboration. Thank you, Mark, for sharing your experience!

What an incredible week at MODEX 2026! A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by Booth A7000 to explore our 3D vision solutions. It was wonderful to reconnect with our partners, meet new faces, and hear how 3D vision is making a real difference in your operations. These conversations fuel what we do. As demand for logistics and industrial automation grows, so does the need for reliable, high-performance visual perception. We're excited to keep pushing our products forward and growing our partner ecosystem to help more customers achieve their automation goals with solutions that are reliable and easy to integrate. Missed us at the show? We'd love to connect — reach out to learn how Orbbec can support your next project: https://lnkd.in/eSPVFrrR Thank you to everyone who made this week so memorable! "It shifted from a component search to a true partnership." At MODEX 2026, Patrick Mondi, CEO of Thoro.ai, shared how our collaboration began in September 2024 and evolved into a deep integration of Orbbec Gemini 336 cameras across Thoro's CoreFlex autonomy platform. CoreFlex powers infrastructure-free autonomous navigation, pallet handling, and obstacle detection for industrial vehicles. Four new autonomous robots are coming next year, all powered by Orbbec.

We're excited to partner with MobileDemand to showcase practical industrial applications powered by Orbbec 3D vision at MODEX 2026. By combining the Orbbec Gemini 335L stereo 3D camera with mobile devices, the xPIM mobile dimensioning solution enables fast, contactless measurement of irregular items, small parcels, flat objects, and pallets. The Gemini 335L features an IP65-rated design with a wide 90° × 65° field of view, delivering stable depth data even on reflective surfaces and under strong ambient light. This solution helps logistics operators improve space utilization, reduce manual errors, and increase operational efficiency.

Lab results don't equal real-world results, especially in robotics. We partnered with OLogic, Inc. to document the 5 real-world challenges engineers face when deploying depth cameras on production mobile robots, from optical noise in warehouse lighting to GMSL2 reliability and multi-camera scaling. If you're building or integrating mobile robots, this is worth a read: https://lnkd.in/eQeaXG4m

Last day at LogiMAT Trade Show. A few honest reflections before we pack up. Three days of conversations confirmed something we already suspected: European logistics and robotics teams are asking very specific, technically rigorous questions. That's exactly the level of engagement we came here for. A few things we didn't expect: the number of people who had already tested our cameras in their own labs, and just wanted to meet the team in person. That was genuinely good to hear. Thank you to everyone who came by the booth, asked hard questions, pushed back on our specs, and shared what you're actually trying to build. And to our partners who made this week better — Basler AG, 研华股份有限公司 — thank you. #LogiMAT2026 #Robotics #3DVision #Orbbec
