What is the WordPress ecosystem really talking about right now? After a few days at PressConf 2026, one thing is clear: the conversations are shifting. This isn’t about plugins vs platforms anymore. It’s about ownership, business models, consolidation and where real value is created. Hearing perspectives from Metorik, Atarim, Fueled and others made it obvious: the ecosystem is maturing. And with that comes tougher, more honest discussions. • Who actually captures value in WordPress today? • Where is the next wave of growth coming from? • And what happens when infrastructure, AI, and product start to blur together? PressConf has always been different. Smaller, more focused, and intentionally off-camera. That’s what makes the conversations real. https://lnkd.in/dyxSUuc5

  • At CloudFest, our CEO Lasse Hall, our CTO Andrew Killen, and Crowd Favorite’s CEO Karim Marucchi sat down to talk about something we don’t often see: a partnership built around solving a real, shared challenge. Together, they break down how this collaboration cuts through enterprise complexity—simplifying bloated platforms, eliminating friction between tech stacks, and removing the operational overhead that slows teams down. This is where the Evergreen Platform comes in. Infrastructure and intelligence, brought together into one offering: Servebolt owns the underlying stack, Crowd Favorite leads strategy and architecture. One contract. One team. Full responsibility for everything you build on top. That’s exactly what this partnership is about—and why we’re genuinely excited about what we’re creating together. 🎧 Worth a listen—link below.

In this episode recorded live at CloudFest, host Adam Weeks sits down with Lasse Hall, CEO of Servebolt, Karim Marucchi, CEO of Crowd Favorite, and Andrew Killen, CTO at Servebolt, to talk about a new partnership between an innovative hosting company and a pioneering agency. Together, they reveal how their collaboration aims to tackle complex, large-scale technological challenges within the enterprise space including streamlining platforms, integrating diverse tech stacks, and empowering organizations to focus on business growth rather than maintenance. https://lnkd.in/dNihp3-k

Proud to announce our partnership with Crowd Favorite. 17 years. Nvidia. Disney. Campbell's. Providence Healthcare. They have worked with organizations that accept nothing less than the best. This is the first time Crowd Favorite has built a structured joint offering with a hosting provider. The reason is straightforward: their clients' environments have outgrown what standard hosting was ever designed to handle. When a firm with that track record goes looking for a hosting partner worth building with, and chooses you, that is not marketing. That is a signal. Introducing The Evergreen Platform: Infrastructure and Intelligence, Together. One contract covering infrastructure and architecture. One team accountable for the full platform outcome. Here is the story behind it: https://lnkd.in/dykyBAxK

  • If you’re running a larger WooCommerce store, you’ve probably felt this tradeoff: You update products frequently… but every change risks wiping cache and slowing everything down. That’s not a scaling problem - it’s a cache strategy problem. We’ve just released smarter cache purging for WooCommerce on Accelerated Domains, designed specifically for stores where updates happen all the time. Instead of aggressively clearing cache on every product change, we now purge selectively, only when it actually impacts what users see (like stock status, new products, or removals). Everything else stays cached and fast. From a technical perspective, this means higher cache hit ratios, lower origin load, and far more stable TTFB under continuous updates. From a business perspective, it means your store stays fast during the moments that matter most, not just in between changes. For larger WooCommerce setups, this is where performance is usually lost: not in raw infrastructure, but in how caching is handled. This update is a step toward making performance predictable at scale, without forcing you to choose between freshness and speed. If you're dealing with frequent product updates and traffic at the same time, this is worth a look: https://lnkd.in/dcKpZjXR

  • Last week at CloudFest, our very own Andrew Killen, CTO at Servebolt, joined an insightful conversation under the big top 🎪 🎢 Hosted by Adam Weeks, the episode brings together the industry leaders from Servebolt, Monarx, and Patchstack to discuss how hosting and security companies are joining forces to stay ahead of evolving cyber threats. It’s a great listen if you care about performance, security, and the future of hosting collaboration. 🎧 Tune in to hear how the industry is working together to build a safer and more performant web.

When a customer expects stress… and gets speed instead ⚡ This week, a WooCommerce store owner came to us preparing for an all-day ordeal. Instead, here’s what actually happened: → Completed in minutes → TTFB reduced from 4,470ms to 481ms (almost 10x faster) → Fully live in under 15 minutes No stress. No downtime. No compromises. Just a 10 times faster site and a team that knows exactly what they’re doing. 😎 That contrast is what matters most to us. Because performance isn’t just about milliseconds, it’s about confidence. If switching hosting feels like a risk, it’s probably because you’ve seen it done the hard way. 👉 https://lnkd.in/dKreqrcb

    • A 5-star customer review highlighting a stress-free WooCommerce migration experience with Servebolt, where the website was migrated in minutes, went live in under 15 minutes, and improved performance from 4,470ms to 481ms TTFB—nearly 10x faster, with exceptional support from the team.
  • Website downtime is measurable in revenue, but its full impact goes far beyond the immediate loss. 😤 Every minute offline means missed transactions, wasted ad spend💸, and high-intent visitors who don’t return. And even after recovery, the effects continue - lower conversion rates, reduced trust, and slower growth over time. 📉 Downtime isn’t just a technical issue. It’s a direct hit to your bottom line. In this article, we break down where those losses really come from and how to think about them more accurately: https://lnkd.in/dThQ6ktA

  • Just a week after we released Variable Edge Caching for Accelerated Domains, Accelerated Domains just got another boost. 🚀 One of the biggest challenges in modern web analytics is that measurement is becoming less reliable. Browsers are blocking third-party requests, ad blockers interfere with tracking scripts, and many businesses are losing visibility into their own marketing performance. With Accelerated Domains, Servebolt now supports a first-party analytics gateway endpoint. This allows Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement requests to be sent through your own domain instead of third-party endpoints. Why does this matter? For business owners, it means more reliable data and a clearer picture of how marketing and website performance translate into revenue. For agencies, it means better attribution, cleaner reporting for clients, and fewer analytics gaps caused by blocked scripts or tracking restrictions. In other words, faster websites and more reliable measurement can now work together. Read more: https://lnkd.in/dAa9kKnB

From March 23–26, the cloud and hosting world gathers in Rust, Germany, at Europa-Park for CloudFest 2026. 🇩🇪☁️ We’re excited that Servebolt will be there, represented by Lasse Hall (CEO) and Andrew Killen (CTO). CloudFest has always been one of those rare places where real conversations happen — the kind that shape what comes next for hosting, security, and the future of the web. This year, we’re especially looking forward to discussions around AI, infrastructure performance, and security — and how hosting providers can continue delivering faster, safer, and more reliable experiences for the businesses that depend on them. 🎙️ We’re also preparing something special during the event with our friends at Patchstack and Monarx. Stay tuned 🤫 👋 If you’re attending CloudFest, feel free to reach out to Lasse or Andrew; they’d love to connect, exchange ideas, and talk about what’s next for hosting.
