Leak on the outside of chimney lining

Any body got a answer to my problem,I have water leaking down the outside of my chimney liner,the inside is dry,roof checked all good,liner checked all good only just started in the last 3 months since I got a new boiler fire in,was fine with the old boiler fire.🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Logic combi boiler & wired hive no display or won’t come on

No display on both, not having hot water or heating. There’s no main on off switch for the boiler. Property is gas pre payment meter. Was working previously, gas credit run out and then it all went off, then didn’t top up whilst we was decorating the new house, topped the credit up last night and nothing is coming on. Tried the gas hob can smell gas when I turn the knob but no ignition.
