If the <code>l_counter<\/code> is less than or equal to three, show the <code>l_counter<\/code> value. Because the initial value\u00a0 \u00a0<code>l_counter<\/code> is zero, the code in the loop&#8217;s body executes three times before termination.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Third, display the value of the <code>l_counter<\/code> after the loop.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id='exit-when-statement'>EXIT WHEN statement <a href=\"#exit-when-statement\" class=\"anchor\" id=\"exit-when-statement\" title=\"Anchor for EXIT WHEN statement\">#<\/a><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The <code>EXIT WHEN<\/code> statement has the following syntax:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\" aria-describedby=\"shcb-language-6\" data-shcb-language-name=\"SQL (Structured Query Language)\" data-shcb-language-slug=\"sql\"><span><code class=\"hljs language-sql\">EXIT WHEN condition;<\/code><\/span><small class=\"shcb-language\" id=\"shcb-language-6\"><span class=\"shcb-language__label\">Code language:<\/span> <span class=\"shcb-language__name\">SQL (Structured Query Language)<\/span> <span class=\"shcb-language__paren\">(<\/span><span class=\"shcb-language__slug\">sql<\/span><span class=\"shcb-language__paren\">)<\/span><\/small><\/pre>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The <code>EXIT WHEN<\/code> statement terminates the loop when the condition in the <code>WHEN<\/code> clause is <code>TRUE<\/code>. Essentially, the <code>EXIT WHEN<\/code> statement is a combination of an <code>EXIT<\/code> and an <code>IF THEN<\/code> statement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Each time the control reaches the <code>EXIT WHEN<\/code> statement, the condition is evaluated. If the condition evaluates to <code>TRUE<\/code>, then the loop terminates. Otherwise, the <code>EXIT WHEN<\/code> clause does nothing. Inside the loop body, you must make a condition <code>TRUE<\/code> at some point to prevent an infinite loop.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The following example uses the <code>EXIT WHEN<\/code> statement to
