Last night, watching Abhishek Bachchan in "I Want to Talk," something profound struck me about workplace culture. Just as Arjun silently battled cancer while maintaining his professional facade, many of our team members fight invisible battles daily. In wealth management, we're trained to spot market risks. But how often do we notice the human signals? ❌ The always-perfect performer hiding burnout ❌ The top achiever masking health concerns At Dezerv, we've learned that performance isn't just about metrics. It's about creating an environment where: 👉 Vulnerability isn't seen as a weakness 👉 Seeking help isn't career-limiting 👉 Personal battles aren't professional failures Arjun's character kept working, kept smiling, and kept delivering - while fighting cancer. How many of our team members are doing the same with their personal challenges? 👉 Create psychological safety before you need it 👉 Notice the unspoken struggles 👉 Make "I want to talk" easier than silence To fellow leaders: Are we building workplaces where people can be human first and professionals second? In leadership, as in life, the strongest teams aren't those that never struggle - they're those that can safely talk about their struggles. #Leadership #MentalHealth #PsychologicalSafety

On August 20, 2025, we came together at the Bharat Credit Summit 2025 to chart the future of #credit in #India, a future where access to capital becomes a true enabler of inclusive growth. India’s financial system has made remarkable progress on financial inclusion front. According to the latest Global Findex Report of the The World Bank, India has achieved bank account ownership from 35% in 2011 to nearly 90% now; digital payments have grown nearly fivefold in just four years, and #NBFCs alone account for more than one-fifth of systemic credit. Yet, the reality is stark — over 230 million Indians remain outside the formal financial system, and our credit-to-GDP ratio at 93% lags far behind global benchmarks. This is not just a gap — it is one of the greatest opportunities of our time. At the Summit, we focused on the two forces that can turn this opportunity into reality: Securitisation and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). #Securitisation has moved from the margins to the mainstream, crossing ₹2.4 trillion in annual volumes in FY25. It is enabling liquidity, risk transfer, and wider credit access. The next leap will come from diversifying investors, from global pools to long-term capital such as pensions and insurance, making the market deeper and more resilient. #AIFs, meanwhile, are redefining what it means to be “alternative.” From ₹1 trillion a decade ago to over ₹13.5 trillion today, they are channeling capital into sectors that shape India’s future — healthcare, renewables, real estate, and technology. AIFs are no longer peripheral players, but core engines of growth. The message was clear: if securitisation builds flow and AIFs build depth, together they can bridge much of India’s credit gap and anchor the next phase of our economic journey. At Northern Arc Capital, we are determined to lead this transformation, building pathways for capital, driving innovation in credit, and powering a more inclusive and resilient India. #BharatCreditSummit2025 #NorthernArc #FinancialInclusion #Securitisation #AIFs #InclusiveGrowth #CapitalMarkets

The Union Budget 2025 reflects the government’s steadfast commitment to strengthening the Indian economy through fiscal prudence and growth-oriented policies. The housing sector continues to be a key pillar of economic development, and we are encouraged by the progressive measures aimed at enhancing housing affordability and accessibility for millions of Indians. The increase in the income tax exemption limit to ₹12 lakh will significantly boost disposable income, enhancing purchasing power and potentially increasing housing demand. Additionally, the completion of 50,000 dwelling units under stressed housing projects, with another 40,000 units set to be delivered in 2025, offers much-needed relief to middle-class families burdened by EMIs and rent. The establishment of SWAMIH Fund II, a ₹15,000 crore blended finance facility, will further accelerate the completion of another one lakh housing units, reinforcing the government's focus on resolving housing stress. We, at PNB Housing Finance Limited, are optimistic that the sustained economic momentum, coupled with the government’s visionary policies, will drive long-term growth in the housing and real estate sectors, contributing to India’s vision of inclusive and sustainable development. #UnionBudget2025 #ViksitBharat #HousingForAll #EconomicGrowth #SustainableDevelopment #ConsumerConfidence #RealEstate #HousingFinance #PNBHFL #GharKiBaat

Kotak Neo API’s reimagined With clear regulations around Retail Algos, no one should doubt that this segment will see a multifold increase over next few years. But for the investors there could be more costs. They may have to pay brokerages as also pay the fintech providers for strategies. What are we doing? We at #KotakNeo have launched our new stack of API’s. - All segments including commodities - Faster speed of execution (Under 50ms) - Zero Brokerages for all orders (wef 1st November 2025) - Python SDK - & More Additionally, adoption of new technologies becomes faster if there are price incentives attached. Another reason, why we are taking this step. This Diwali, SPEED meets ZERO. 🚀 #APITrading #TradeAPI #AlgoTrading #ZeroBrokerage #KotakTradeAPI #hAPIdiwali

IndiGrid
A welcome move from Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to widen participation of investors in InvITs. SEBI has lowered the minimum subscription size in privately placed InvITs to ₹25 lakh, bringing it in line with the trading lot size. This creates a harmonized framework between primary and secondary markets, making capital raising smoother and more inclusive. It will open up participation beyond large institutions, enabling HNIs, family offices, and private wealth platforms to directly access India’s infrastructure growth story. It will enhance liquidity and secondary market depth. As one of the largest InvITs in the country, we wekcome this as a milestone in democratising infrastructure investment. It will accelerate capital flows into essential sectors like power transmission, renewables, roads, and digital infrastructure—fuelling India’s growth trajectory. At IndiGrid, we remain committed to building scale with resilience, transparency, and predictable cash yields—while also deepening engagement with a wider pool of investors who can now participate meaningfully. #InvIT #SEBI #Infrastructure #CapitalMarkets #IndiaGrowth https://lnkd.in/d6KDJt8Y

Kotak Mahindra Bank became India's first non-banking financial institution to receive a banking license, and has since become one of the most prominent private sector banks in the country. In the latest of our Leading Asia interview series, my colleague Joydeep Sengupta spoke with Uday Kotak about how daring to envision the future has allowed him to anticipate challenges, create resilient strategies, and ensure long-term continuity. Uday's reflections remind us that sustaining a business is equally about caution and the courage to dream.
